The room was decent

The pool was not open, and appears that it has not been open in a very long time yet it advertises as a family friendly hotel with pool. Super disappointing. The hotel also smells like smoke everywhere.

Breakfast was goof

Pool is advertised- staff mentioned pool isn?t even open during the summer. Would have went with a different hotel as the filter I chose was pool. Close to interstate- semi j brakes woke my kids up twice in the night. 2 Cops parked out front-morning

Specifically selected this hotel because it had a pool. Asked staff about it & their words were ?to be honest it?s outside and we don?t even open it in the summer.?

It smelled like cigarettes smoke. Window didnt lock on the ground level of the room. Trash all over the outside.

The clean quiet atmosphere

The dated look of it. The outside of the hotel scared me since I was alone. Also the absence of an elevator was hard, I wish I had know it beforehand.

Close to the highway and priced reasonably

Strong odor of cigarettes made my allergies unpleasant.

The staff was pleasant and it was close to where we were visiting. The complementary breakfast was as is to be expected? Waffles, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, cereal, etc.

For the amount of money the hotel did not live up to standards. There was mold on our ceiling, the hallway reeked of pot, and our room had a musty mildew smell. Also, The booking still states that there is a pool, it has clearly been closed a long time.

The two staff members for check in and breakfast...it was quiet in the halls although it was full.

Its location. We thought it was an abandoned motel on an no outlet road.

Room was quiet and clean, Breakfast was good.

Location was in odd spot for acccess. It was dark and parking lot was in disrepair. Guy checking me in wasn't friendly at all.

Parking was plentiful

The gentleman who checked us in was indisposed for an extended period of time ¿ 15-20 min and we wanted to get to our room. The room stunk like mold and cigarettes, the towels had brown stuff on them¿ as well as the sheets. Terrible breakfast-cold salty.

I did not like the fact that its been 3 days since check out and have not had my deposit returned

I am not a picky person but-this hotel should be taken off your site, it¿s was disgusting, the room was filthy, the lobby was nasty, the room smelled like sour clothes, hair all over in tub, bugs crawling on curtains The list goes on.

Looked a little sketchy from the outside. If you are a woman alone I'd request a 2nd floor room for sure. But the room was clean and th wifi was strong. Not much more I could ask for.

It's a real pain to find. Make sure you have your map app or gps on or youll be driving in circles.

Pool wasn¿t open and when you walked in the room it was very warm and took forever to cool down cause they had the heat on and not air conditioning

Nothing the front desk workers planned to take my money by forcing me to pay a safety deposit in cash instead of paying on my card, then the next day when it was time to check out they already had it planned to refuse it by playing the you did this game

Everything they're scam artist with gauging you at every opportunity

The morning staff was really nice. I think they just renovated it so everything was fairly clean. Breakfast had enough selections.

I had to unplug the refrigerator because it rattled when it turned on and would wake me up.

Beds were nasty...one bed made other not...one bed frame was busted and under the bed...found a roach in bathroom. Rooms were big...hotel breakfast good.
